The Billerica Police Department Records Division is responsible for the safekeeping and organization of all the department’s incident and motor vehicle accident reports. The supervisor of records (Records Access Officer) is Sergeant Andrew Devito.
Crash reports are available directly from our records office or for purchase from the MA RMV.
*Note* Officer’s reports will be available after internal approval and processing by MA DOT.
Public Records Requests will be submitted to the Billerica Police Records Division. Once received, the Records Division will process the request as soon as possible and email the requestor the information, if releasable. If the requestor has not received an email within 48 hours, the requestor should check their spam (junk) folder for an email from us. If there are any questions, please contact (978) 215-9608.
