CODE RED BACK UP AND OPERATING
Billerica Police was just informed by Code Red that they have successfully migrated onto their new platform through Crisis24. This new Code Red platform has imported all of the contact information for residents that were currently registered in the system. New registrants may sign up for the service as of Friday, November 28, 2025 via our website at CodeRED – Billerica Police Department
Please be advised that our CODE RED system is currently not working due to technical issues being worked on by the vendor, Crisis24. We are actively working with them to resolve the issue. In the interim, all notifications will be posted on both the Departmental Website (Police, Fire, DPW, Town, School) and via social media.
