The Billerica Police Department Records Division is responsible for the safekeeping and organization of all the department’s incident and motor vehicle accident reports. The supervisor of records (Records Access Officer) is Lieutenant Robert Beloin.
Crash reports are available directly from our records office or for purchase from the MA RMV.
*Note* Officer’s reports will be available after internal approval and processing by MA DOT.
Public Records Requests will be submitted to the Billerica Police Records Division. Once received, the Records Division will process the request as soon as possible and email the requestor the information, if releasable. If the requestor has not received an email within 10 business days from the date of the request, the requestor should check their spam (junk) folder for an email from us.
